Visa, licensing assistance, and data transfer support for overseas candidates We are a leading healthcare facility in Qatar looking for a highly qualified and dedicated **Specialist or Associate Specialist Pathologist** to join our Laboratory Medicine team. We offer excellent flexibility and are accepting applications for both **Full\-Duty (Full\-Time)** and **Part\-Duty (Part\-Time)** shifts. Candidates currently residing inside Qatar are preferred for immediate hiring, but we are fully open to onboarding exceptional talent from outside the country. Key Responsibilities * Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols. * Analyze and interpret cellular, fluid, and tissue samples to provide accurate medical diagnoses. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams and physicians regarding complex patient cases. * Maintain comprehensive, detailed records of all findings and pathology reports. * Review laboratory quality control data and participate in continuous service improvements. Job Requirements \& Qualifications * **Education:** MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree, followed by a recognized post\-graduate qualification (Master’s, Board, or MD) in Pathology/Laboratory Medicine. * **Title Status:** Eligible for registration as a **Specialist** or **Associate Specialist** under the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) / Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) guidelines. * **Licensing Requirements:** * **Candidates Inside Qatar:** Must hold a valid QCHP/DHP license or an active evaluation with an transferable NOC (No Objection Certificate). * **Candidates Outside Qatar:** Must have a completed or in\-progress **DataFlow verification report** and have successfully passed (or be ready to take) the **Qatar Prometric Exam** for Pathologists. * **Skills:** Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
