They manage full project lifecycles from planning to handover, emphasizing innovation and compliance with local regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for large\-scale initiatives. * Ensure financial oversight, quality assurance, HSE standards, and stakeholder coordination. * Drive team performance, crisis resolution, and final project delivery with client satisfaction. **Qualifications** Candidates need 15\+ years in project management, including 5\+ as Director, with a degree in engineering or business; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
