Supervise scaffolding teams and coordinate with clients **Job Title:** Site Manager – Scaffolding **Company:** Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading \& General Services WLL **Location:** Qatar (Doha \& Project Sites) **Job Type:** Full\-time **Salary:** Full Package QAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) **Job Description** We are expanding our Scaffolding Division and seeking an experienced **Site Manager** to lead scaffolding operations on Oil \& Gas projects in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overall management of scaffolding site operations (planning, erection, modification, dismantling). * Ensure full compliance with QCS, client HSE requirements, and international scaffolding standards (TG20, NASC, BS EN). * Lead and supervise scaffolding teams, supervisors, and inspectors. * Coordinate with clients, project managers, design engineers, and other disciplines. * Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization. * Enforce PTW, method statements, and risk assessments. * Prepare daily/weekly progress and HSE reports. **Requirements:** * Diploma / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. * Minimum **5 years Oil \& Gas experience** (mandatory) \+ total 10\+ years in construction/scaffolding. * Proven experience managing scaffolding works on industrial/Oil \& Gas projects in Qatar or GCC. * Strong leadership and HSE mindset. * CISRS or equivalent certification is an advantage. * Fluent in English.
