Manage and mentor concept design team, fostering creativity We are currently looking for Sr. Concept Design Architect Engineer: **Roles and responsibilities.** * Lead and coordinate the conceptual design process from ideation to final presentation. * Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts. * Ensure that design concepts align with project objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements. * Manage and mentor the Concept Design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. * Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Oversee the preparation of conceptual design documentation, including sketches, renderings, and presentations. * Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for the Concept Design phase. **Required Skills :** * Total experience 10 years min. with Qatar experience 5\-7 years. * Proven experience in leading and managing conceptual design teams for architectural projects. * Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design concepts. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders. * Strong problem\-solving and critical thinking skills to address design challenges and propose viable solutions. * Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices. * Proficiency in industry\-standard design software and tools, such as 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization applications. * Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. * UPDA Certification. **If you are matching to the above criteria, please send CV to hr@gcg.com.qa** Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
