Conduct emergency drills, daily physical safety and security risk inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems. Authorize, control, and document access to secured areas. Respond to accidents, contact an Emergency Medical Service (EMS), or administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as needed. Gather information and complete reports. Maintain confidentiality of all reports and documents; disclose information only to authorized personnel. Calm disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures. Resolve security-related risks. Handle all disruptions and complaints. Escort unwelcome persons from the hotel premises. Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws at the hotel. Request assistance using appropriate code responses. Provide proper documentation to employees. Assist management with employee training, motivation, and development; serve as a role model and the initial point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy" process.
