The role includes system monitoring, technical fault resolution, maintenance coordination, support for deployment and update activities, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure achievement of performance and quality levels and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities * Monitor technical systems and services to ensure operational continuity. * Track technical faults, analyze root causes, resolve them or escalate as required. * Execute daily operational procedures in accordance with approved policies and procedures. * Support system installation, updates, and new release deployments. * Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and technical support teams to ensure service stability. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Monitor technical performance indicators and prepare periodic reports. * Contribute to operational process improvement and increased system efficiency. * Ensure compliance with information security standards and change management practices. * Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity testing as required. * Provide technical support to users or relevant departments within the scope of responsibility. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Two to five years of experience in technical operations, system operations, or technical support. * Professional certifications are preferred, such as: * ITIL Foundation * CompTIA Server+ * Microsoft Certified * Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Required Skills * Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with networking, infrastructure, and server technologies. * Ability to use system monitoring and management tools. * Skills in fault analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. * Knowledge of information security fundamentals and update management. * Time management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure. * Report writing and technical documentation skills. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Operational Responsibilities * Daily monitoring of system and service status. * Handling technical alerts according to operational procedures. * Performing backup and restoration operations as needed. * Coordinating with technical teams during maintenance or update activities. * Tracking operational logs and preparing performance and incident reports. * Contributing to implementation of continuous operational improvement plans. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * System and service availability rate (System Availability). * Mean Time to Resolve incidents (MTTR). * Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance rate. * Number of recurring faults. * Maintenance and update success rate. * Accuracy and speed of technical incident handling. * User satisfaction level with technical services.
