Job Summary The Transport Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily transportation activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of employees, goods, and materials. The position involves managing drivers, coordinating vehicle schedules, monitoring fleet operations, and ensuring compliance with company safety and transportation policies. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations. * Assign drivers and vehicles according to daily requirements. * Prepare and monitor driver and vehicle schedules. * Ensure employees, goods, and materials are transported safely and on time. * Monitor drivers' attendance, performance, and compliance with company rules. * Conduct regular checks on vehicles to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational. * Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Monitor fuel usage and maintain accurate fuel records. * Ensure drivers have valid licenses and required documentation. * Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. * Report accidents, vehicle breakdowns, delays, and other transport\-related incidents. * Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and daily trips. * Coordinate with the Transport Manager and other departments regarding transportation requirements. * Address driver and employee transportation concerns and resolve operational issues. * Monitor vehicle utilization and recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency. * Ensure proper discipline and professional conduct among drivers. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations. * Previous experience supervising drivers or transport staff. * Valid driving license is an advantage. * Good knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and road safety. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
