Van Salesman – B2B Laundry Sales Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Van Salesman – B2B Laundry Sales** to develop and manage business\-to\-business customers for our laundry services. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses, generating new accounts, collecting and delivering laundry, following up with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities * Visit potential and existing B2B customers using the company van. * Identify and approach businesses that require commercial laundry services. * Generate new customers and develop long\-term business relationships. * Promote laundry services, pricing packages, and special offers. * **Target businesses such as:** * Hotels and serviced apartments * Restaurants and cafés * Salons and spas * Gyms and fitness centers * Hospitals and clinics * Schools and nurseries * Uniform suppliers and corporate offices * Hotels, housekeeping companies, and other commercial clients * Conduct customer visits and prepare quotations based on their laundry requirements. * Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines. * Follow up on quotations and convert leads into active customers. * Collect laundry from customers and coordinate delivery of cleaned items. * Ensure accurate recording of customer orders, quantities, and delivery details. * Maintain excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns promptly. * Follow assigned daily routes and maximize customer visits. * Monitor competitor activities and market pricing. * Maintain accurate daily sales, collection, and customer reports. * Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets. * Ensure the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and used responsibly. Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in laundry, hospitality, FMCG, cleaning services, or a related industry. * Previous **van sales / route sales experience** is preferred. * Valid driving license. * Good knowledge of the local business market. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. * Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales. * Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and able to work independently. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales/order reporting systems. * Ability to handle customer collections and deliveries professionally.
