Collaborate with marketing to promote and engage audiences **Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Esports Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of esports events, leagues, and team operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, optimizing competitive performance logistics, and delivering high\-quality esports experiences for players, partners, and audiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage esports tournaments, leagues, and events from concept to execution * Oversee daily operations of esports teams, including schedules, travel, and logistics * Coordinate with players, coaches, sponsors, and event organizers * Manage event logistics such as venues, streaming setups, and technical requirements * Ensure compliance with league rules, regulations, and competitive standards * Monitor budgets, timelines, and operational performance * Collaborate with marketing and content teams for promotions and audience engagement * Handle crisis management during live events and competitions * Analyze performance metrics and operational data to improve processes * Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and gaming communities **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * 3–6\+ years of experience in esports, gaming, or event operations * Strong understanding of the esports industry, tournaments, and competitive gaming ecosystems * Experience managing events, teams, or gaming operations * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication and leadership abilities * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Pay: QAR32,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
