We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join an ultra\-luxury hotel in Qatar on an initial 1\-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence expected in a world\-class luxury environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards at all times * Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house * Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, health \& safety regulations, and SOPs * Manage staffing levels, schedules, and productivity * Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where required * Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold ultra\-luxury service expectations Person Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 5\-star hotel * Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 staff members * Currently located in Qatar * Available to start immediately * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards * Well presented Contract Details * Initial 1\-month contract * Potential for permanent employment based on performance and business requirements If you are a driven housekeeping professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and are ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.
