Operations Lead – Rashat SomsomPosition Summary The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of Rashat Somsom, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, food quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance across all branches. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs. * Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and restaurant teams. * Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and overall profitability. * Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience. * Oversee inventory, purchasing, and waste control to optimize costs. * Monitor delivery platform performance and support promotional campaigns. * Analyze operational performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.
