Mentor junior professionals and foster continuous learning. We are seeking a senior\-level investment professional to join our Private Equity practice as a **Partner**. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team in identifying and executing complex investment strategies and supporting long\-term value creation across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities **Deal Sourcing \& origination** * Actively contribute to new business development and marketing efforts, including establishing and maintaining industry relationships to generate ongoing deal flow * Identify proprietary opportunities in different sectors * Qualify potential private equity opportunities with input from the investment team **Due Diligence \& Investment Analysis** * Lead due diligence efforts, financial analysis, and market research for potential investments * Perform quantitative analysis of financial statements, financial metrics, and sustainability of cash flows * Develop financial forecasting models for potential investments * Develop investment theses, conduct financial modeling, and assess the operational potential of target companies * Author investment memoranda **Transaction Execution** * Present investment candidates to the Investment Committee * Serve as the primary negotiator for approved transactions * Lead due diligence and direct the transaction execution team * Coordinate transaction closing * Structure transactions and oversee post\-acquisition integration * Work with external banks and co\-investors to gain support for investment financing **Portfolio Management \& Value Creation** * Work closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation, including strategic planning, performance improvement, and operational efficiency * Interact with the management of portfolio companies * Evaluate and add value to portfolio company's operations * Monitor performance of portfolio companies * Provide board\-level oversight of portfolio companies * Report internally on portfolio companies on a regular basis * Perform post\-closing responsibilities **Strategy \& Leadership** * Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the firm's investment strategy * Evaluate new market opportunities * Work closely with senior leadership across the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence to portfolio management and value creation **Stakeholder Relationships \& Firm Representation** * Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and key stakeholders * Cultivate trust\-based relationships with institutional investors, portfolio company executives, and regulatory bodies * Support fundraising efforts and interact with investors, presenting investment opportunities and results * Represent the firm to media outlets in press interviews and at conferences/events **Team Development** * Mentor junior professionals through hands\-on coaching * Foster a culture of continuous learning and promote accountability * Grow the firm's team **Qualifications (Typical Requirements)** * 10\+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development * Proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio value creation * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills * Deep industry networks and relationship\-building capabilities * Demonstrated leadership and team management experience * MBA or advanced degree preferred **Performance Metrics** * Navigate high\-stakes negotiations with emotional intelligence * Demonstrate composure and strategic agility during economic downturns or geopolitical disruptions * Balance assertive decision\-making with empathy, particularly during market volatility Pay: QAR1,250\.00 \- QAR1,320\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
