In this position, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into loyal members. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads * Deliver engaging sales presentations and conduct facility tours * Convert prospects into active members * Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets * Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process * Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential members * Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and sales initiatives * Maintain accurate data and records using CRM and sales systems **Qualifications \& Skills** * Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service * Strong skills in lead generation and closing deals * Proven ability to meet and exceed targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * **Fluency in both Arabic and English is required** * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools * Ability to work full\-time on\-site in Doha, Qatar * Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Work Location: In person
