Position: Head of Cybersecurity – IT \& Digital Transformation Company: Atmis Computers Location: Doha Salary: QAR 45,000 per month Job Summary Atmis Computers is seeking an experienced and forward\-thinking Head of Cybersecurity – IT \& Digital Transformation to lead the company’s cybersecurity initiatives while supporting enterprise digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, digital platforms, and business systems against evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with digital transformation goals. * Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, and risk management initiatives. * Protect enterprise systems, cloud platforms, networks, and digital assets from cyber threats. * Oversee security architecture for digital transformation and IT modernization projects. * Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. * Manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. * Collaborate with IT, software, and executive teams to strengthen digital security frameworks. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend secure digital solutions. * Provide cybersecurity awareness training and guidance to employees and stakeholders. * Prepare security reports, analytics, and recommendations for senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or digital transformation leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of cloud security, enterprise systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT governance. * Experience with SIEM platforms, firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security tools. * Familiarity with digital transformation technologies, automation, and enterprise applications. * Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security\+ are preferred. * Excellent leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
