Must have experience in a Real Estate Industry and Kahramaa ONLY EGYPTIAN Key Responsibilities * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. * **Reconciliation \& Bookkeeping:** Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, verify bank statements, and resolve discrepancies. * **Compliance \& Auditing:** Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * **Taxation:** Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and assist in identifying strategies to minimize tax liabilities. * **Budgeting \& Forecasting:** Assist management by analyzing past financial data and creating budget models to support business decisions. يتولى المحاسب إدارة السجلات المالية للشركة، مع ضمان دقتها، والامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح المالية، والحفاظ على الوضع المالي السليم للشركة. وتشمل مهامه الأساسية تسجيل المعاملات المالية، ومطابقة الحسابات، وإعداد التقارير المالية الدورية، والمساعدة في إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والتدقيق المالي. كما يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات تحليلية قوية وإجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة. **يشترط:** * خبرة سابقة في **قطاع العقارات**. * خبرة في التعامل مع **كهرماء**. * **الجنسية المصرية فقط.** **المسؤوليات الرئيسية** إعداد التقارير المالية: **إعداد وإصدار التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية في الوقت المحدد، بما في ذلك الميزانية العمومية وقائمة الدخل.** المطابقة ومسك الدفاتر: **إجراء مطابقة حسابات الدائنين والمدينين، ومراجعة كشوف الحسابات البنكية، والتحقق من صحة المعاملات، ومعالجة أي فروقات أو اختلافات.** الامتثال والتدقيق: **ضمان التزام جميع العمليات المالية بالأنظمة والقوانين المحلية، ووفقًا لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا (GAAP) أو المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS).** الضرائب: **احتساب الضرائب، وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية، والمساهمة في تحديد الاستراتيجيات التي تساعد على تقليل الالتزامات الضريبية بما يتوافق مع القوانين.** إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية: **دعم الإدارة من خلال تحليل البيانات المالية السابقة، وإعداد نماذج الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية للمساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.** Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
