Work towards achieving business objectives and targets **Job Title: Direct Sales Advisor (Banking)** **Job Purpose:** To promote and sell the bank’s products and services through direct sales activities, while building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and approach potential customers to promote banking products and services. * Achieve assigned sales targets for products such as personal loans, credit cards, accounts, and other banking solutions. * Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers. * Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms to customers. * Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide professional service. * Ensure all customer applications and documentation are completed accurately and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. * Follow up with customers throughout the application process until completion. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily reports. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests. * Adhere to compliance standards, data protection requirements, and banking procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred. * Previous experience in banking sales, direct sales, or financial services is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to work under sales targets and achieve business objectives. * Good knowledge of banking products and market trends. * Proficiency in Arabic \& English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
