Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards Job description We are seeking a skilled and experienced **BMS Operator** to join our Facility Management team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, and other building services. * **Location:** Qatar University * **Job Type:** Short\-Term Contract * **Contract Duration:** 2 Months *(extendable based on project requirements)* * **Working Days:** 6 days per week * **Working Hours:** 9 hours per day *(8 working hours \+ 1\-hour break)* * **Salary:** QAR 3000 (all inclusive) **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) on a daily basis. * Monitor HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and other building services through BMS. * Identify system alarms, faults, and abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions. * Perform routine inspections and system checks to ensure optimal performance. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Maintain accurate records of system performance, alarms, and maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. * Support troubleshooting and fault\-finding activities related to building systems. **Requirements** * Diploma or Technical Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a BMS Operator in Facility Management or building maintenance projects. * Hands\-on experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or equivalent systems. * Good knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and electrical systems. * Ability to interpret BMS alarms, trends, and system data. * Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and facility operations. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Must be currently available in Qatar. **How to Apply** As this role specifically requires **Facilities Management experience**, candidates must submit: * Updated CV * Experience letter(s) confirming FM\-related experience * Copy of the highest educational certificate for verification ***THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
