Collaborate with site engineers and consultants on project standards **JOB TITLE: AutoCAD Draftsman – Buildings, Civil \& MEP** **Company:** Turnkey Trading \& Contracting (TTC) **Location:** Doha, Qatar (site \+ office) **Employment Type:** Full\-time **About the Role** TTC is seeking an experienced **Draftsman** to produce and coordinate shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and construction details for building projects covering **architectural, structural, civil, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)**disciplines. The successful candidate will work closely with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver accurate, standards\-compliant drawings on schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed **shop drawings** for building works: architectural, structural, and MEP. * Produce **MEP coordination drawings** — HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical layouts — and resolve clashes between services. * Develop **structural detailing** (RC elements, rebar, foundations) and civil works drawings. * Generate **as\-built drawings** from site redline markups and resolve discrepancies with site teams. * Prepare drawings for **consultant submission and QA/QC inspection**, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS). * Maintain **drawing registers, revision logs, and submission records**. * Support engineers with **material take\-offs, BOQs, and dimension/setting\-out details**. * Raise and track **RFIs** for design discrepancies between disciplines. **Requirements** * Diploma / HND in Civil, Architectural, or Drafting \& Design (or equivalent). * **Minimum 5 years' experience** as a draftsman on **building projects** (not roads/infrastructure only); MEP coordination experience is essential. * Expert in **AutoCAD**; working knowledge of **Revit / BIM** is a strong advantage. * Solid understanding of **shop drawing preparation, structural detailing, and multi\-discipline MEP coordination**. * Familiarity with **QCS, Qatar CAD standards**, and consultant/authority submission processes. * Strong attention to detail, ability to meet submission deadlines, and good English communication. **Preferred** * Experience on Qatar building / mixed\-use / institutional projects. * Knowledge of QCDD / Civil Defence and KAHRAMAA submission requirements. * **Transferable visa / locally available in Qatar.** Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
