Provide technical guidance to engineering and installation teams **Engineer \- Electrical Installations** JOB PURPOSE The role holder is responsible for supervising and managing the installation of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with approved designs, safety regulations, and electrical codes. The role ensures timely execution, quality assurance, and coordination of installation activities in line with COMPANY standards and project requirements. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversees the installation of electrical systems, equipment, and associated infrastructure across projects and sites. * Ensures all electrical installation works comply with COMPANY standards, approved drawings, safety regulations, and electrical codes. * Conducts site inspections, installation checks, and quality assessments to verify compliance and workmanship. * Troubleshoots and resolves electrical installation issues and non\-conformities. * Coordinates installation schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project timelines and operational requirements. * Liaises with CONTRACTORs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works. * Reviews installation method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions related to electrical works. * Provides technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers, supervisors, and installation teams. * Supports testing, commissioning, and handover activities of electrical installations. * Ensures compliance with ISO systems, Risk Management, and corporate Health and Safety regulations. * Maintains proper documentation, inspection records, and installation reports. * Carries out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE \& SKILLS Qualifications / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in electrical installation works and site supervision. Key Skills * Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. * Familiarity with AMI meter installation standards. * Proven experience in electrical installation, inspection, and troubleshooting. * Ability to manage installation activities and coordinate teams effectively. * Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS Extensive site\-based role with regular inspections and coordination meetings. Work Location: In person
