Job Description The **Grade A Architectural Engineer** will work on\-site in Doha, Qatar, on a full\-time basis, leading and coordinating architectural and engineering aspects of building projects. **Key Responsibilities include:** * Preparing and developing detailed architectural designs. * Reviewing structural and civil engineering inputs. * Ensuring compliance with local codes and Grade A classification requirements. * Preparing technical drawings and engineering documentation. * Supervising on\-site construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs. * Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and consultants. * Participating in design reviews and resolving technical issues on\-site. * Supporting value engineering and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitoring project progress and preparing reports on risks and schedules. * Contributing to continuous improvement of design and construction processes. Qualifications * Strong skills in **Architecture**, including design development, technical detailing, and familiarity with building codes and **Grade A** standards. * Skills in **Project Management**, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication with all stakeholders. * Skills in **Civil Engineering and Construction**, including understanding of structural systems, construction materials, and on\-site execution practices. * Strong **Teamwork** skills, with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and work with contractors and consultants. * A **Bachelor’s degree or higher** in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. * Professional registration or eligibility for relevant local engineering/architectural licenses in Qatar is an added advantage. * Proficiency in **CAD/BIM** software such as **AutoCAD** and **Revit**, as well as common project management tools. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and sustainability. **Company Description** Doha Eleaz is a growing organization in the architecture and construction sector, delivering projects that align with modern design standards and local regulations in Qatar.
