Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Group Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee group financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting * Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements * Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management activities * Develop and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures * Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders * Support strategic planning and financial decision\-making * Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred * Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or group finance management * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards * Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage Pay: QAR42,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
