The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, develop safety policies, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE policies and procedures. * Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards. * Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards. * Investigate incidents, near\-misses, and accidents, and implement corrective actions. * Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels. * Lead emergency response planning and ensure readiness for crisis situations. * Collaborate with management to integrate HSE objectives into business operations. * Prepare regular HSE reports and communicate findings to senior management. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in financial services or corporate environments. * Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards. * Proven ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. * Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable. **Why Join Us:** * Be part of a dynamic and forward\-thinking organization. * Play a pivotal role in shaping our HSE culture. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
