The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain system data, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve platform functionality. Responsibilities * Administer and maintain academic systems and digital learning platforms. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. * Support system updates, integrations, and enhancements. * Maintain accurate system documentation and operational records. * Provide technical assistance to users and departments. * Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies. * Prepare reports and support system improvement initiatives. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field. * Experience in system administration, platform support, or educational technology is an advantage. * Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), databases, and user administration. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer support abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technology tools.
