Provide technical guidance and training to workshop staff The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mechanical workshop, ensuring that vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves supervising technicians, managing workflow, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical workshop activities. * Assign jobs and monitor technicians' performance and productivity. * Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and technical issues. * Ensure repairs and maintenance work meet company and manufacturer standards. * Manage workflow to achieve timely completion of jobs. * Conduct quality inspections on completed work. * Maintain workshop safety standards and compliance with regulations. * Monitor equipment, tools, and spare parts availability. * Prepare job progress reports and communicate updates to management. * Provide technical guidance and training to workshop staff. * Coordinate with service advisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
