Reviews and advises on financial controls and improvements. **Payment Posting Specialist** * Validates financial accuracy of posted payments. * Supports fund reconciliation and audit queries. * Liaises with Payment Operations on financial controls. **Job Description:** Payment Posting Specialist ensures the financial integrity of payment transactions by validating entries, supporting reconciliation processes, and responding to audit queries. The role acts as the financial authority within the payment operations team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate payment postings and clearing entries. * Collaborate with reconciliation analysts to resolve mismatches. * Support internal and external audits with financial data. * Review and advise on financial controls and improvements. **Qualifications Required:**(A professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong advantage.)o Financial accounting principleso Payment processing and reconciliationo Audit standards and internal financial controls * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Solid understanding of: * Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (especially modules like FI or PSCD). **Experience Required:** 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or audit, preferably in a payment\-intensive or ERP\-integrated environment. * **Proven experience in:** o Validating financial entries related to payments and clearings o Working closely with reconciliation and audit teams o Preparing and presenting financial data for audit and compliance o Identifying and advising on control improvements and financial best practices Pay: QAR19,400\.00 \- QAR20,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field? * Do you hold a professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA?
