Strong leadership and team management skills Amora Pizza is seeking a responsible and experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team in Al Hamama, Doha. We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and experience in restaurant operations to help ensure smooth daily service and high customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee front\-of\-house and support kitchen coordination during assigned shifts while maintaining company standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily restaurant operations and support team members during shifts * Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest concerns professionally * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders * Monitor food quality and service presentation according to company standards * Assign duties and guide staff to maintain efficient workflow * Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions * Monitor inventory levels and inform management of stock requirements * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with Qatar standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas * Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees * Support opening and closing procedures, including daily operational reporting Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or food service environment preferred * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle operational challenges * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Basic English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar Work Environment: * Fast\-paced restaurant setting * Standing and walking for extended periods * Direct interaction with customers and team members If you are an organized and service\-oriented professional seeking growth within the food and beverage industry, we encourage you to apply for the Restaurant Supervisor position at Amora Pizza in Al Hamama.
