Support workforce planning, succession planning, and long\-term talent initiatives. **Talent Acquisition and Retention:** Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding programs, and employee retention efforts to ensure high\-performing teams across departments. **Team Leadership:** Mentor and guide HR professionals, support manager development, and establish HR practices that improve performance and engagement. **Employee Relations:** Manage employee concerns professionally and confidentially while promoting fair policies, conflict resolution, and workplace standards. **Compliance and Policy Management:** Ensure HR operations comply with company policies, labor regulations, and internal governance standards. **Performance Management:** Partner with department leaders to implement performance reviews, career progression planning, and employee development programs. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6\+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2\+ years in a senior leadership, supervisory, or management capacity. **Education:** Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred. **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated experience leading HR teams, improving workplace culture, and supporting business growth through people\-focused strategies. **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. **Problem Solving:** Ability to manage sensitive situations, balance employee and business priorities, and make sound professional decisions. **Mindset:** You are proactive, organized, and people\-oriented.
