The ideal candidate will provide financial insights that support business growth, improve profitability, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with leadership across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to management. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. * Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. * Oversee financial controls and recommend process improvements. * Conduct financial analysis for new business opportunities, investments, and projects. * Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Support senior management with strategic planning and financial decision\-making. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management dashboards. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and implement financial best practices. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in the Finance or Accounting field. * Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred. * 5\+ years of experience in financial management, financial consulting, or corporate finance. * Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and presentation abilities.
