We are looking for an Administration Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily administrative processes, office systems, team coordination, and service delivery. You are not just handling paperwork; you are creating structure, improving workflows, and making sure the business runs smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:** You will oversee daily administrative operations, office coordination, document management, internal communication, and team support to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. You will manage office procedures, support client requirements, coordinate meetings, track records, prepare reports, and help maintain organised business systems. You will also work closely with finance, HR, operations, suppliers, and senior management to support smooth workflow across departments. The role includes monitoring administrative performance, improving filing and reporting processes, resolving operational issues, supporting compliance documentation, and ensuring that office standards remain professional and consistent. **What We Are Looking For:** We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in administration, office management, business support, corporate services, or a similar role, including 1 to 2 years in a senior or supervisory position. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, proactive, and confident in managing office processes, staff coordination, deadlines, records, and daily business priorities. You should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a practical problem\-solving mindset.
