Collaborate with sales and project teams Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates for Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Analyze HVAC, Electrical, and ELV integration requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers for quotations (controllers, sensors, actuators, panels, etc.). * Prepare technical proposals and compliance statements. * Attend pre\-bid meetings and conduct site visits when required. * Support sales and project teams during negotiations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS estimation. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS architecture. * Familiarity with international standards and local regulations. * Experience with major BMS brands (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools. * Strong analytical and communication skills.
