Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Philippine Chef to prepare authentic Filipino dishes and deliver high\-quality dining experiences. The chef will be responsible for menu preparation, food presentation, kitchen hygiene, and maintaining traditional Filipino flavors while ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook authentic Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, kare\-kare, pancit, lechon, and other traditional meals. * Develop menus and introduce new Filipino recipes. * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained. * Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking schedules. * Monitor food inventory and coordinate ingredient purchasing. * Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation standards. * Supervise and train kitchen assistants or junior cooks if required. * Control food costs and minimize wastage. * Ensure all meals are prepared on time and according to customer preferences. Requirements * Proven experience as a Philippine/Filipino Chef or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and cooking techniques. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
