**Role summary**
Lead project planning and execution to deliver products, services, or programs on time, within scope and budget; coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
**Key responsibilities**
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; create project charters and plans.
* Develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress against milestones.
* Lead cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and facilitate daily/weekly standups and sprint/planning ceremonies.
* Manage stakeholder communications: status reports, steering meetings, escalation paths, and change control.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; maintain an issues log and implement contingency plans.
* Manage project scope changes through a formal change control process and update plans accordingly.
* Oversee procurement and vendor management for contracted work and third‑party services.
* Ensure quality through project QA activities, acceptance criteria, and sign‑offs.
* Facilitate requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment/rollout coordination.
* Maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, decisions, lessons learned) and post‑project reviews.
* Track project financials: budget vs actuals, forecast, and cost control measures.
* Drive continuous improvement and apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, hybrid).
* Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO standards and tool adoption (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
**Required skills \& experience**
* 3–7 years project management experience (adjust by level).
* Proven experience delivering projects in relevant domain (IT, construction, product, marketing).
* Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication (written/presentations).
* Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello) and reporting (Gantt, RAID logs).
* Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; hands‑on Scrum Master experience is a plus.
* Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
* Risk management and problem‑solving skills.
* Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
Pay: QAR140\.21 \- QAR352\.90 per hour
