In this role, you will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver high\-quality, functional, and sustainable structures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. **Responsibility's** * Develop conceptual designs and architectural plans. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. * Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. * Create detailed construction drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. * Integrate sustainable design principles into projects. * Assist in developing project budgets and control costs. * Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to designs. * Address design issues and provide practical solutions. * Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations. * Prepare and maintain architectural documentation. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects. * Conduct site assessments and evaluations. * Stay updated with architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
