Summary: This role involves comprehensive financial management, including accounting, reporting, payroll, inventory control, and administrative duties. Highlights: 1. Duties and responsibilities** Includes but not limited to: a. Abide by company policy and procedures set forth in our Standard Operating Procedures. b. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. c. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. d. A/R, A/P, Journal Entries, e. Collect cash sales from store branches and deposit in bank f. Collect and pay all invoices, ensuring correct receipt and transaction information is recorded. g. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. h. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. i. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. j. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information with Credit Card/Service Provider statements. k. Secures financial information by completing database backups. l. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. m. Uses accounting software such as QuickBooks to input financial data n. Handle employee payroll \& benefits. o. Manage office and all administrative duties. p. Interact with local and international vendors, banks, and logistics companies. q. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. r. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. s. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. t. Reports on inventory levels and supply chain progress to upper management.
