Summary: Seeking an experienced and hardworking Bakery & Pastry Helper to support production, assist with preparation, and maintain hygiene in a fast-paced environment. Highlights: 1. Assist Bakers and Pastry Chefs with daily preparation and production tasks 2. Prepare and measure ingredients for various bakery items 3. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Bakery \& Pastry Helper to support our bakery and pastry production team. The candidate must have prior hands\-on experience in Bakery \& Pastry operations and should be familiar with basic preparation, production assistance, hygiene, and kitchen procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist Bakers and Pastry Chefs with daily preparation and production. * Prepare and measure ingredients as instructed. * Assist in making breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items. * Support dough preparation, shaping, portioning, and basic finishing. * Arrange ingredients, tools, trays, and equipment for production. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and pastry work area. * Clean and properly store utensils, equipment, and production materials. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and Company SOPs. * Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing bakery ingredients. * Perform other bakery and pastry duties assigned by the Chef/Supervisor. **Requirements** * **Prior Bakery \& Pastry experience is mandatory.** * Minimum **1–2 years of relevant experience** preferred. * Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation and equipment. * Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety. * Able to work efficiently in a fast\-paced production environment. * Must be currently available in **Qatar**. * Must have a **valid QID and NOC**. * **Immediate joiners only.** * Physically fit and able to work as part of a team. **How to Apply** Interested candidates with relevant Bakery \& Pastry experience may apply through Indeed. **Email CV:** recruitments2025@outlook.com **WhatsApp CV:** \+974 7003 3862 (No Call) **Please mention “Bakery \& Pastry Helper” when applying.** **Candidates without prior Bakery \& Pastry experience will not be considered.** Work Location: In person
