Maintain café cleanliness and operations **About the Role:** We are looking for a skilled and customer\-focused Barista who can prepare high\-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The candidate must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog and should have a good understanding of café operations, cleanliness, and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards. * Handle espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and other café tools properly. * Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly service. * Explain menu items and recommend drinks or food items when needed. * Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, tables, and service station. * Follow hygiene, food safety, and quality standards at all times. * Manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies. * Support the team during busy hours and ensure fast and accurate service. * Handle cashiering, billing, and basic POS operations if required. * Assist in creating a positive café atmosphere and improving customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant is preferred. * Must be able to speak English and Tagalog. * Knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage recipes is an advantage. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Presentable, friendly, and professional attitude. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Must be flexible with duty timings, weekends, and holidays. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
