Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants and teams. **Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeler** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Architectural BIM Modeler** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models for architectural projects in coordination with design, engineering, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities: * Develop detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software. * Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules. * Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. * Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM requirements. * Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues. * Update and revise models based on design changes and project requirements. * Generate quantity take\-offs and documentation from BIM models. * Maintain organized project files and documentation. * Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants and project teams. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler. * Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. * Strong knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation. * Experience in building projects, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Good understanding of architectural detailing and coordination processes. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: * Experience in GCC/Qatar projects. * Knowledge of BIM 360 and clash coordination. * Immediate availability is an advantage. Work Location: In person
