Adhere to strict on-site safety regulations and communicate effectively. **The Role** Simentari Logistics is seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator/Driver to join our specialized construction support team. Based out of Umm Ghuwailina, you will be responsible for transporting high\-capacity concrete pumping machinery to various project sites across Doha and managing the technical discharge of concrete. This role requires a professional who understands the mechanics of pumping systems and can maintain high safety standards in busy urban construction environments. **Core Responsibilities** * **Machinery Operation:** Safely drive and position heavy\-duty truck\-mounted concrete pumps at site locations, ensuring stable outrigger deployment and ground safety. * **Pump Management:** Operate the boom and pumping system with precision during concrete pours, coordinating closely with site foremen and ready\-mix truck drivers. * **Technical Maintenance:** Perform daily inspections and routine cleaning of the pumping system, including hoses, pipes, and valves, to prevent blockages and ensure equipment longevity. * **Safety Protocols:** Adhere to strict on\-site safety regulations, maintaining clear communication with the pour team to prevent accidents and ensure structural accuracy. **Requirements** * Valid Qatar Heavy Vehicle Driving License. * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in heavy vehicle operation, with at least 3 years specifically operating mobile concrete pumps. * Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting. * Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions, following the demands of the construction schedule. * Proven commitment to safety and a clean driving record. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 9,200\. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Provided accommodation or housing allowance. * Annual flight allowance and leave as per Qatar Labor Law. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٩٬٢٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
