Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and improved profitability If you meet the below requirements and are interested in joining our team, **please send your updated CV to** **hr.head@cloudeatskitchen.com** with the subject line: We are looking for an experienced **Cost Controller (F\&B)** to join our growing team. **Position:** Cost Controller – F\&B **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all restaurant outlets. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly food cost, beverage cost, and inventory reports. * Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory variances. * Ensure accurate recipe costing and menu costing. * Reconcile purchases, inventory, and sales to ensure cost accuracy. * Monitor wastage, spoilage, and stock movement, and recommend corrective actions. * Review supplier pricing and support cost\-saving initiatives. * Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Kitchen teams to maintain cost efficiency. * Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures. * Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve profitability. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a **Cost Controller in the F\&B industry**. * **Mandatory experience in restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, QSR, or hospitality.** * Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, recipe costing, and cost analysis. * Experience in stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and financial reporting. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF formulas) and ERP/POS systems. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
