**DRAFTSMAN** We are looking for a **highly skilled and experienced Draftsman** to join our team, specialized in **Fit\-Out and MEP works**. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** · Male candidate · Minimum **5 years of proven experience** as a Draftsman · Strong background in **Fit\-Out and MEP projects** · Proven experience in **commercial and residential projects** · Ability to prepare **full detailed drawing packages**, including: * Fit\-Out drawings * MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) * Shop drawings * Construction drawings * As\-built drawings · Proficient in **AutoCAD** · **3D rendering skills are preferred** (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software) · Strong understanding of coordination between **architectural, MEP, and site requirements** · High attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines · Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team **Portfolio submission is mandatory** Applications without a portfolio will **not** be considered.
