Motorcycle Delivery Rider Company: 974 Wasel Location: Qatar Job Type: Full\-Time Department: Operations / Delivery Job Summary 974 Wasel is looking for motivated and reliable Motorcycle Delivery Riders to join our growing delivery team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Collect orders from restaurants, stores, and assigned locations. * Deliver orders to customers safely and on time. * Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions. * Use delivery applications and GPS/navigation systems. * Communicate professionally with customers and merchants. * Handle customer orders carefully. * Follow Qatar traffic laws and road\-safety regulations. * Maintain the motorcycle in safe operating condition. * Report delivery issues, accidents, or vehicle problems promptly. * Meet daily delivery and operational requirements. * Represent the company professionally at all times. Requirements * Valid Qatar Motorcycle Driving License. * Valid QID and legal eligibility to work in Qatar. * Previous delivery experience is preferred. * Experience with delivery platforms is an advantage. * Good knowledge of Qatar roads and locations. * Smartphone and GPS/navigation skills. * Good communication and customer\-service skills. * Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. * Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets. Compensation We offer two payment options: 1\. Per Order * Earnings are based on successfully completed orders. * Suitable for riders who prefer performance\-based earnings. 2\. Fixed Salary * Fixed monthly salary according to the company’s salary structure. * Suitable for riders who prefer a stable monthly income.
