Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical and electrical systems We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, test, and commission elevators, escalators, and lifting equipment * Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical and electrical systems * Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls promptly * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards * Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project execution * Support modernization and upgrade projects **Requirements:** * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in elevator installation and maintenance * Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field * Strong knowledge of elevator systems, controls, and safety standards * Hands\-on experience with troubleshooting and fault diagnosis * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * Valid driving license (preferred) **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with major elevator brands (e.g., Otis, KONE, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp) * Knowledge of PLC systems and control panels * Familiarity with international safety standards Job Type: Full\-time Experience: * Elevator engineer: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Qatar driving license (Preferred) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
