The role focuses on high\-quality sample handling, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform blood collection and handle various types of clinical specimens * Prepare, label, and package samples for dispatch to external laboratories * Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all specimens * Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols * Coordinate with external labs to ensure timely processing and reporting of results * Maintain organized records and support day\-to\-day lab workflows **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field * Valid QCHP license or eligibility to obtain one * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting Job Type: Full\-time License/Certification: * QCHP License (Required) Work Location: In person
