Summary: Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance and providing strategic financial recommendations. Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams * Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies. * Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations. * Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. * Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. * Ensure timely and accurate month\-end and year\-end closing processes. * Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings. * Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. * Review and approve financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations. * Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analysis. * Manage tax planning, tax filings, and compliance with local tax regulations. * Support business planning, investment evaluations, and financial risk assessments. * Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury activities. * Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and regulatory obligations. * Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and productivity. * Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with department heads to support operational and strategic decision\-making. * Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives when required. * Monitor contract compliance and financial implications of business agreements. * Present financial results and recommendations to executive management and stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function through process optimization and automation.
