Summary:
This role involves managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports and forecasts, and providing administrative and HR support.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
* Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
* Payment follow\-ups and maintain ageing reports.
* Prepare SOAs for payables and receivables.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Prepare financial forecast and provide indicators for financial readiness and backup plans.
* Coordinate with management for understanding of business plans and strategies to create budgets and estimates.
* Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
* Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
* Prepare Quotations, estimates related to business activities.
* Coordinate with supervisors to prepare work schedules, track and record time attendance.
* Prepare payroll for all staff
* Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases.
* Assist in HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and employee records.
* Support management in administrative tasks and internal communication.
* Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and liaise with vendors/service providers.
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
* Proficient in accounting software (Tally, or ERP systems).
* Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills
Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
