Our Guest Arrival Experts proactively deliver a wide range of services that enable them to guide guests during arrival and departure. They are capable of performing necessary tasks and moving around their environment. Whether carrying out operational tasks, responding to guest requests, generating reports, or sharing local points of interest, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures every transaction is an integral part of the experience. No matter your role, certain elements are essential to our success: creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts will stand and move (standing, sitting, or moving for extended periods) and adopt a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance). Performing these tasks (and other routine duties as required) effectively is essential for Guest Arrival Experts to deliver excellent service to our guests and positively contribute to the company’s business at all times.
