We are looking for a motivated **Import/Export Coordinator** to manage and streamline our global trade operations. If you are detail\-oriented, organized, and passionate about global trade — we want to hear from you. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate import and export shipments from suppliers and international partners * Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) * Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods * Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations and international trade laws * Monitor inventory flow between suppliers, warehouse, and retail operations * Resolve shipping delays, documentation issues, and logistics challenges * Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain coordination (preferred) * Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or logistics systems * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced retail/trading environment * Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset * English required; additional languages are an advantage **Why Join Us** At Bashaier Supermarket \& Supply Chain, you will be part of a dynamic and expanding business involved in retail, wholesale, and international sourcing.
