Based in our state\-of\-the\-art offices at **Lusail Marina**, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise\-grade IT projects for a diverse portfolio of high\-profile clients in the GCC. In this executive\-level role, you will harmonize complex technical requirements with overarching business objectives. We are looking for a leader who can navigate the fast\-paced tech landscape of Lusail, managing multi\-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and innovative. With a premier compensation of **QAR 50,000 per month**, this role is for a seasoned professional ready to make a significant impact on Qatar’s digital future. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Leadership:** Define the project management framework and governance for all IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with Simplifai IT’s long\-term vision. * **Full Lifecycle Oversight:** Direct large\-scale IT projects from initial discovery and RFP through to deployment and hyper\-care. * **Financial Management:** Exercise full P\&L responsibility for the project portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary technical advisor to C\-suite clients and government stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project transparency. * **Team Mentorship:** Lead and scale a high\-performing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads. * **Risk \& Quality Assurance:** Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and ensure all deliverables meet international quality standards and cybersecurity protocols. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Certifications:** PMP, Prince2, or PfMP certification is mandatory.
