Oversee seamless system integration and cutover execution **IT Work Stream Project Manager** **Role Description** We are seeking an experienced IT Work Stream Project Manager to lead and execute core banking transformation programs. In this role, you will align cross\-functional IT teams, manage technical dependencies, oversee vendor delivery, and ensure seamless system integration and cutover execution. **Key Responsibilities** Governance \& Alignment: Align infrastructure, applications, and QA teams to a unified delivery plan and governance framework. Integration \& Architecture: Oversee API/middleware integrations, environments, user access, and compliance with enterprise technical standards. Vendor \& SLA Management: Drive vendor and system integrator accountability to deliver against strict SLAs and contractual commitments. Data \& Testing Management: Drive data migration activities (ETL, cleansing, mock runs) and lead defect triage, performance, and non\-functional testing. **Requirements** Core Banking Expertise: Proven track record in end\-to\-end management of core banking transformations (specifically Temenos). Technical Management: Hands\-on experience overseeing infrastructure setup across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments. Release \& Governance: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, code releases, and maintaining cross\-team environment stability. Resilience Testing: Demonstrated ability to lead non\-functional testing, including performance, load, security, and failover protocols. Cutover \& Release: Manage cutover execution using detailed runbooks, command centers, readiness planning, and rollback strategies. Pay: QAR40,000\.00 \- QAR45,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
