Summary: CloudEats Kitchen is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and motivate a kitchen team, ensure operational excellence, maintain food quality, and drive continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement in kitchen processes and satisfaction We are currently looking for an experienced **Kitchen Manager** to join **CloudEats Kitchen**. **Position:** Kitchen Manager **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational excellence. * Ensure all food is prepared according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. * Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, and kitchen productivity to meet business targets. * Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Develop staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate team performance. * Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Restaurant Managers to maintain stock availability and operational efficiency. * Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment. * Drive continuous improvement in kitchen processes, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5–8 years of experience** in kitchen operations, with at least **2–3 years as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef**. * **Mandatory:** Strong **chef background** with hands\-on kitchen operations experience in the **F\&B industry**. * Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchens, QSR, or hospitality is essential. * Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen management, food costing, inventory control, and HACCP. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Ability to manage high\-volume kitchen operations and work under pressure. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
